This test checks the faeces for pathological micro-organisms (bacteria, yeast). The results demonstrate kind (origin) and quantity of pathogenic organism of the gut. Also the quantity of certain physiological micro-organisms (Lactobacillus, Bifidobacteria, Entero-coccen), pH of the faeces and the degree of digestion are checked.
